Terms & Conditions of Trade
We offer seasonal menus based on available ingredients, and the menu design of our Head Chef. Items available in the Trattoria may not be identical to menu items displayed on this website, and in some cases on our in-trattoria menu. Table staff will confirm relevant variations when taking your order. If you place an order online and we are unable to fulfill it, we will let you know and you will have the opportunity to change your order or receive a refund.
Group Booking Policy
Please note a deposit of $20pp is required at the time of making a reservation for groups of 8 or more people.
For groups of 8 or more, our standard practice is to serve antipasto platters as an entree and allow guests to choose a main from our menu.
If your party has special requirements, please discuss this at time of placing your booking.
Payment & Surcharges
Payment for our products is required at the conclusion of your meal, or when collecting a meal, or when placing a future arrangement such as a group or special event booking.
We may add a surcharge to payments to attribute for costs associated with the payment method you select. If a surcharge is to be added this will be clearly displayed before you pay.
Public Holiday Surcharges
If you are dining with us on a public holiday an additional charge may be added in respect of additional labour costs incurred for our staff working to create your dining experience. If additional charges are applicable these will be clearly displayed.
Dress & Behaviour Code
A minimum smart casual standard of dress is required for patrons. Guiliannas reserves the right to refuse entry or ask to depart any patron or group who we determine to fail to meet dress code or act in a way that is detracting from the dining experience of other patrons. We take our Host Responsibility seriously and will not enter into any discussion once decisions are made.
Guiliannas takes our responsibility for conducting business in a manner to create an outstanding experience for all patrons, to remain compliant with our liquor license and all other laws & governance very seriously.
We may set restrictions on the service or alcohol, refuse entry or instruct patrons to leave the premises if we feel our host responsibility is in jeopardy for any reason and we will be the sole judge of the action taken.
Guilianna’s Gifted Dining vouchers
- Are valid for 12 months from initial validity (generally the date of purchase).
- Can only be used on items on Guilianna’s current menu at time of dining.
- Are not applicable for some special events (this will be stated on the events page).
- Cannot be redeemed for cash & can only be redeemed towards one bill.
- Subject to our general terms & conditions.
When you purchase the gift of dining for someone, we will retain a record of your purchase and any details you supply at the time of purchase. If you misplace the voucher you will still be able to benefit from the purchase. We will check & confirm the validity of your voucher when you inform us you are using one.
3rd Party Gift Vouchers
Guiliannas works with recognised institutions such as the NZ Restaurant Assn and their gift card programs. Use of 3rd party gift vouchers is welcome and subject to their respective terms and conditions.
By Booking a Table, Dining at Guiliannas or interacting with any of our products, entering details into this website or any digital system under our control, or participating in any or our events or activities you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
